 The Smithville Day Committee has been working all year to provide the best event ever. There will be more music, a Native American exhibit, a Blacksmithing demonstration, a Spinning/Weaving demonstration, a Victorian bedroom exhibit, a plant sale, a White Elephant sale, more children’s activities and an antique car show. Additional activities are being confirmed. The annual Smithville Day 5K run will start at 9:30AM, and the parade will be at 1PM. We hope you will join us! Smithville Day 2008 Committee meeting will be held 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the Community Center. If you have ideas, we want to hear them. Please come to the meeting! |
